For orders within the USA, we offer a delivery time of 5-7 business days using USPS from our New York office. Shipping is free for orders over $180, and starts at $5.95 for orders below $180.
International orders have a flat shipping fee of $30 for orders below $180, which includes only the shipping charges. Delivery takes less than 7 days using FedEx, with orders packed and shipped from our head office in Bangkok, Thailand.
Duties and taxes are included for orders shipped to the United States. For Australia, the UK, Canada, and Europe, duties and taxes are applied during checkout. Thailand has no additional duties or taxes. For other international shipments, the customer is responsible for any duties and taxes incurred, which vary by country.
We offer a 90-day free return policy. To start a return, email us at support@wear-oni.com or submit a ticket on our Contact page with your name and order number. If approved, we'll send you a return label and instructions. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging. Refunds are not accepted on discounted pieces unless there is a product defect.
The Oni Commitment allows you to send back any Oni product within 6 months for a free repair or replacement if there is a defect or malfunction.
To clean your jewelry, use water and dish soap, water and baking soda, or baking soda and vinegar. Gently clean or soak the jewelry, then rinse and pat dry. Finish with a polishing cloth for extra shine.
Wear your jewelry regularly, as natural skin oils help keep silver shiny. Avoid or limit contact with chemicals found in perfume, lotion, hairspray, makeup, and cleaning products. Remove jewelry before swimming, sunbathing, or using hot tubs or springs. Store your jewelry in a safe place at room temperature to prevent damage.
